My wedding ring is designed with floating diamonds (I think that’s what they’re called?) and in the last year I have had to take it in to get tightened like 8 times. Now they’re lose again! And I just took it in less than 3 weeks ago. This is really getting to be an inconvenience. I’m thinking about asking if I can trade it for a different style. What do you think my chances are?

When we got married my husband bought my wedding ring. It is one wide band with diamond in the middle and smaller ones on the side. It has to be worn alone because of the make can’t find a band to go with it. I was thinking about buying a new set ring and band and wearing the one I have on the right hand. i always thought that if only those who are in love and happily married wear their wedding rings.
but what would you think if you see a man who has his ring on but tries to hide it? i mean, if hes always trying hard to keep his hand in his pocket, or cover his ring with his other hand?

I have been married since March of 2007, and I am just now starting to peel around my wedding ring. My finger is red and irritated and the skin is all flaky. This has never happened until now. I have gone through a pregnancy and am now 7 weeks postpartum, but my fingers never swelled or anything like that. The ring is white gold, and I have already had it re-dipped in the white gold coating about 6 months ago, so it’s not like the ring is in bad shape.

What could be causing this?

My boyfriend was married for a very short time (4 months) and we still have his wedding ring it is platinum with diamonds. We want to get rid of it, but neither of us have ever pawned something, or really used like ebay or craigslist. Were not really sure what to do with it but we don’t want it in our house anymore!

White gold or yellow gold?
I really love white gold and I look pretty good with it no matter what my skin tone is at the time, but during the summer when I am tan, yellow gold looks amazing on me.
And alot of my jewelry is yellow gold. Should your other jewelry match your wedding ring? Like if your ring is one color, should the rest of your jewelry match that same color???

Need to design our wedding rings, thought about having our birthstones i.e he will have mine, I will have his but mine is pearl which is a: no good for wedding rings cus its too soft n b: not really manly enough for my fella!
